Yellow Brick Road Logistics Inc. is proud to announce the creation of a Home Preservation or as some call it a Home Clean Out Division. This added service is fully equipped to handle any size house from less than 1000 square feet up to 5000 square foot and larger.
Home Preservation professional services offered include but is not limited to cleaning out the house and other structures on the property, changing the locks, securing all the windows as not to be opened from the outside of the house, repairing damage to walls or floors. Property maintenance for a specific length of time, this includes cutting grass and snow removal from driveways and sidewalks. This service maintains the lived in look as well as keeps municipality and county agencies from receiving complaints from neighbors.
Our service area includes all of LaSalle County, Livingston County, Grundy County, Putnam County, Bureau County and parts of southern Will County in Illinois. We operate within a 50 mile radius of Downtown Ottawa Illinois.
A list of our services offered can be e-mailed or faxed to a lender; the lender selects only the services that they require. Some lenders want a lock box placed on the front door and some want the new keys delivered to their office. Once the completed and signed site request service form is sent back to our office, YBRL Inc then contacts your office and sets up a date and time for the service, one arriving on the property if there is damage to the property we will notify your office immediately.
This service is fully insured, bonded and only employs documented United States citizens. YBRL operates vehicles that are in excellent condition and is fully licensed and insured.
Our office is open Monday thru Friday 06:00 am – 06:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. We are closed all Major Holidays and on all Sundays.
